The Featured Artist for the Month of September 2007 at the COAL Gallery is ELAINE SEELEY of Carlsbad.












Elaine is a sculptor and art educator who received a Bachelors and Masters degree in Art and Education from the New York State University. She has exhibited on both the East and West Coasts, as well as, taught art and sculpture courses for over thirty years. Her life-sized welded stainless steel, copper and brass figures will be on display as well as smaller works in ceramics. She has also received grants from the California Arts Council to teach sculpture n the San Diego Public Schools.

The COAL Gallery is locate at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive (Suite 101) in Carlsbad, Ca. 92008. Gallery hours are from 10AM until 4PM Tuesday thru Saturday - Sunday from 11AM until 5PM. The Gallery is open to the Public and admission is free.
