Featured Artist for the month of November 2007 at the COAL Gallery will be Ellie Havel Wagoner of Carlsbad, California. An accomplished artist in watercolor, acrylic and oil she has become an award winning plein-air and abstract artist with paintings in numerous private collection in the US and abroad. The show will open on Tuesday November 6th and run through Sunday December 2nd, 2007.
